kk33 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kk33 online gaming platform ("Platform" or "kk33") and you ("User"). By registering an account on kk33 or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms set out below.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonus funds will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be complete and accurate. If any information changes, kk33 support must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to kk33 immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation. For bank transfers, major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must have completed full verification (KYC) before you can submit a withdrawal request. Any portion of funds subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement on bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. kk33 may request additional verification documents if necessary.

4Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts on kk33 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless kk33 explicitly permits it.
• If suspicious patterns are detected in bets placed with bonus funds (such as multiple low-risk opposing bets), the bonus may be cancelled.
• kk33 reserves the right to restrict the use of bonuses on specific games.

5VIP & Loyalty Program

kk33's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy enhanced benefits.

kk33 does not publish specific turnover thresholds for VIP tiers. Decisions on tier assignment and changes are entirely at kk33's discretion.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of each game is determined by an independent and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). kk33 follows technical standards to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits may apply to various games. kk33 reserves the right to impose betting limits on specific accounts.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, software error, or network issue, kk33 will settle that round in accordance with its established policy. kk33's liability for any winnings or losses arising from a technical error is limited.

6.4 Fraud & Manipulation Prohibited

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through software hacking, use of auto-betting bots, collusion (coordinated manipulation across multiple accounts), or any other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7Responsible Gaming

kk33 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of financial gain. Users are provided with the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: View a summary of your account activity at regular intervals.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 kk33's Rights

kk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent gaming activity.
• Use of a third-party payment account.

8.2 Closure at User Request

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the kk33 support team. Any pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed.

9Privacy & Personal Data

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk33 accepts no liability for:

kk33's total liability will never exceed the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.

11Dispute Resolution

12Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between kk33 and the user.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 No Waiver

Any delay or inaction by kk33 in enforcing a term will not be considered a waiver of that term.

12.4 Language of Communication

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
